Appointment and Fees

I am currently accepting new clients. All inquires and sessions are confidential. I offer both Telehealth (virtual) and in-person sessions.

The length and frequency of your sessions will depend on many factors, including your level of distress, individual preferences, time limitations, and financial concerns.

My fee is $180.00 for a 45-50 minute session. I am a paneled provider for UBH/Optum insurance plans.
